The Gallery ATX presents “Split," a solo exhibition featuring the works of multidisciplinary artist Rewon Shimray.

Shimray's surrealist art explores themes of identity, discrimination, grief, and deconstruction. Her work challenges viewers to reconsider seemingly regular truths and elements in their day-to-day lives.

The exhibition features four series exploring a different facet of the artist's clashing identities as a biethnic Asian-American.
