Foster’s Paramount Star will be unveiled prior to the show, with special guests to be announced. Foster is the sixth Paramount Star recipient, with previous honorees including Delbert McClinton, Lyle Lovett, Jerry Jeff Walker, and the Tuna boys (Jaston Williams and Joe Sears).
