Join the Blanton Museum for a free evening of arts and activities, starting with Beat the Rush at 5:30 p.m. with Peter Stopschinski of Brown Whornet in the museum's galleries. At 6 p.m. there will be an artist talk with David Lefkowitz on his painting series Fixtures on display in the current exhibition, Lifelike. Finally at 7:30 p.m., Art Gazes will feature a series of gallery talks emphasizing slow, contemplative conversations that focus on a single work of art.
