Tiemann Art Gallery will present "Visions of Nature" from artist Monica Puryear.
Monica’s vibrant, surrealist artwork will transport visitors to another world. She graduated from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts. Her specialty was painting and drawing. Monica’s art has been exhibited in numerous galleries from Florida to Texas to California. She is currently producing pen and ink drawings as well as original oils. She enjoys drawing or painting almost every day. Speaking of color, she was especially adept in color theory while studying art at the University of Florida.
The opening reception will also feature live music by Dan McMurrough, complimentary refreshments, games, prizes, and more.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through October 23.
