Say aloha to summer with TRACE’s second annual Clam Jam event featuring Hawaiian-infused dishes from lemongrass steamed clams and assorted shellfish to ginger & star anise braised pork belly. In addition to passed bites like Tuna poke and East Coast oysters, the seafood feast will feature a cold ceviche station with octopus ceviche, snapper crudo, chilled steamed shellfish in lemongrass, lomi-lomi salmon, heart of palm and thai herb salad, as well as a hot Hawaiian station with dishes like spam fried rice, pineapple and benne glazed pork ribs, teriyaki chicken lollipops, togirashi spiced plantain chips and grilled gulf oysters. Guests can also enjoy specialty cocktails and beats by DJ Creativity.
