Hosted by Travaasa's own Executive Chef Ben Baker with a select group of talented and innovative Austin chefs including Executive Chef John Bates of Noble Pig, Executive Chef Erica Beneke of MAX’s Wine Dive, Chef de Cuisine Tim Dornon of Uchiko and Executive Chef Josh Watkins of The Carillon.

Austin-based American Craft Bar drink.well. to kick off the evening with a cocktail reception featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Hops & Grain craft beer starting at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.
