The UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum will present James Surls: "With Out, With In." More than 30 major sculptures, dating back from 1989 to the present, will fill the gallery, terrace and garden.

"With Out, With In" features iconic, surrealistic wooden works, as well as Surls’ well-known giant steel and bronze structures. Despite Surls’ longtime status as one of America’s preeminent sculptors, this will be his first-ever solo exhibition of sculptures in Austin.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through August 18.
