University of Texas associate professor Kirsten Cather from the Department of Asian Studies will a musical exploration of the influences shared between the East and the West in this Excessive Noise concert at the Fine Arts Library. "Orient-Occident" will feature several UT students, alumnus and staff performing a series of work from a variety of eastern and western influences and instruments.
