Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is popping up to celebrate our great nation and the re-release of their collaboration beer, Home of the Brave Session IPA. The event will also highlight Banger’s famous whole hog BBQ plates, plus the first-ever sausage collab flavored with hops.
The BBQ plate features the Vista Brewing X Banger's Knockwurst (hopwurst?!) with sauerkraut and mustard, chopped Texas hog sandwich, coleslaw and potato salad. The Banger’s crew is smoking a whole German heritage breed Swabian Hall Hog from Martin Heritage Farm in Coupland.
Vista will be serving up farm-fresh sides from their onsite farm including their Summer Salad made 100% with Vista’s own greens, tomatoes and squash. Vista beer, local wine & cider and N/A beverages, as well as Vista’s regular food menu available all day.
Home of the Brave will be available on draft and in six-packs to-go at all three Vista locations (Driftwood, San Antonio and Bee Cave). Beer to-go options for the holiday weekend include six-packs of Vista favorites Dark Skies Black Pilsner and Barton Creek Gold Blonde Ale, as well as 3-for-$25 Crowlers and 10 percent off four or more mix-and-match bottles.
