Vista Ranch will host a celebration of all things honey, presented by the Hays County Beekeepers Association and Vista Brewing.
The family-friendly, community event includes activities like honeybee education, honey tastings from apiaries around Hays County, live demonstrations of extracting & spinning honey, a scavenger hunt for kids, coloring sheets, samples of Hive Mind Honey Ale, and more.
The event helps to raise money for the Hays County Beekeepers Association’s Youth Scholarship & Mentoring Program, a multi-year progressive program which teaches youth ages 10-18 about natural and sustainable beekeeping.
