Chef Joe Anguiano and Chef Annabelle Turner have prepared a New Year's Eve menu to delight & surprise. The five-course menu is the perfect way to usher in 2018.

First course:

  • Mointboissie Tart (Option 1)
  • Poached Pears, Watercress, Aged Balsamic
  • Kumomoto Oysters (Option 2)
  • Turmeric, Cucumber, Mignonette

Second course:

  • Roasted Chestnut Soup (Option 1)
  • Burgundy Black Truffles
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli (Option 2)
  • Pickled Pumpkin, Micro Croutons

Third course:

  • Roasted Maine Lobster (Option 1)
  • Caramelized Sunchokes, Black Truffles, Meyer Lemon
  • Wild Striped Bass (Option 2)
  • Charred Salsify, Serrano Ham, Herb Nage, Sturgeon Caviar

Fourth course:

  • Duck Bacon (Option 1)
  • Beluga Lentils, Foie Gras Butter, Orange Supremes
  • Akaushi Ny Strip (Option 2)
  • Chanterelle Mushrooms, Verjus Onions, Peewee Potatoes, Hunter Sauce

Fifth course:     

  • Chocolate Hazelnut Petit Four (Option 1)
  • Cacao Nib, Caramel Crispearls, Salted Parmesan Ice Cream
  • Orange Bombe (Option 2)
  • Sour Cherry, Candied Feuilletine, Passionfruit Granita
