In honor of Walton’s newly added dinner service, the chic space on West 6th Street is hosting a Holiday Wine Dinner. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine.

First Course

  • Burrata
  • grilled persimmon, spinach, roasted pistachio, balsamic
  • Sequoia Grove Chardonnay, Napa Valley, California 2015

Second Course

  • Mussels
  • chickpeas, harissa-tomato stew, Gala apple, saffron
  • Résonance Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2015

Third Course

  • Short Rib
  • sweet corn spoon bread, radish chow chow, escabeche aioli
  • Gaja Sori San Lorenzo Langhe-Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy 2010

Fourth Course

  • Pecan Street Cake
  • dark chocolate cake, dark chocolate ganache, pecan praline
  • cocktail choice of Not Nog or Staple Maple
