The annual Whisper Valley 5K is a timed 5K fun run that is dog and stroller-friendly and will take participants through Phase 2 of the Whisper Highlands community. Participants will receive a medal, T-shirt, swag bag and chances to win prizes in a raffle drawing. A portion of proceeds from the event will benefit FarmShare Austin.
This year, the 5K event also showcases a Farmers Market featuring local Austin vendors and food available for purchase by El Xolo Tacos food truck. Following the event, Whisper Valley will host a free concert featuring The Voice finalist Jordan Matthew Young.
