Austin Music Awards 2013's Best Indie and Best Folk Act Wild Child will play live at Moody Theater in support of the upcoming October 8 release of their sophomore album The Runaround, produced by Grammy-nominated artist Ben Kweller. With their freak-folk/gypsy carnival of ukulele, violin, cello, bass, percussion, keyboards, xylophone, banjo and bells, the band has landed a feature on Last Call with Carson Daly and four #1 spots on Hype Machine. Kelsey Wilson had never sang a note before meeting Alexander Beggins and together they create the singer/songwriter brain child of Wild Child with the help of well-versed players Evan Magers, Carey McGraw, Sadie Wolfe, Chris D'Annunzio and James Bookert.
