Want to enter the annual Black-Eyed Pea cook-off? $50 per entry, includes admission for two cooks and a commemorative New Year’s 2018 apron. Entrants must prepare a dish based on Black-Eyed Peas. Make sure you cook enough for 200 1 oz sample cups. Entry fee includes admission for two and commemorative aprons for each team. This year’s cookoff is limited to 15 chefs and the deadline to enter is Tuesday, December 26. First prize gets $500 and a case of William Chris wines, there will also be cash and merchandise prizes for our second and third place teams.
