Winemaker Dinner at laV featuring Clos Dubreuil Wines

laV Restaurant & Wine Bar is excited to welcome winemaker Benoit Trocard for a special dinner featuring his Clos Dubreuil wines from a grand cru vineyard in the St. Emilion appellation of Bordeaux. The five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Allison Jenkins of laV will be paired with exceptional vintages of Clos Dubreuil.
The limited production wines are not found on lists, with laV being the only restaurant in Texas to feature the vintages served at the dinner. A rare opportunity to taste such a collection, laV is opening 20 seats for the intimate experience.
