"Fresh from the Studio" invites Women & Their Work artist members to share what they are working on now. In this virtual format, artists will share work in progress, newly finished artworks, and recent or upcoming projects.

This edition features artists Erika Alonso, Adriane McCray, and Julie Pelaez. Viewers can take a look at Alonso’s new paintings that challenge the idea that paintings are “static” objects; get a sneak peek of McCray’s multimedia installation exploring black memories through objects; and learn about Pelaez’s mixed media series based on her interpretation of the Laws of Attraction.

Each presentation will be about 10 minutes with time for questions and comments after. "Fresh from the Studio" is a chance to see what is new and hear from contemporary artists in our community.
