Yoga for Grief and Healing: The Power of Letting Go
Grief can be as defined as our reaction to a major loss, whether it be life, heart-break, or even unexpected life change. We sometimes hold on to grief, or even store it away, causing emotional, as well as physical, discomfort.
In this second look at our last exploration, we will re-learn and move deeper through breath, asana, and guided meditation intended to unlock and release whatever is keeping us from living our fullest and most harmonious life.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels, including beginners.
