GOOD Magazine spotlights the communities you care about in online video series“What Do You Love”
GOOD Magazine, a print and online publication that presents some of the best and most intelligent writing on news, business, culture and technology, has a new story they want to tell: yours.
Their new video series “What Do You Love” goes beyond op-ed to present passionate, personal accounts of real readers and the interests that guide and shape their everyday lives. GOOD asks:
What moves the people who are moving the world forward? For the past several months, we've been tapping members of our community—people who make their living through comedy, medicine, flight, film, art, music, food, media—to share with us the little things that make their lives worth living.
So far, there are five videos in the series, which launched last month. Subjects range from The Comedian to The Pilot to The Urban Farmer, each clip giving insight into a new world.
We love this focus on the familiar, reminding us that our everyday stories are the most powerful of all. Looking around Austin, we see so many people who impact our daily lives; from the food trailers we frequent for lunch, to the East Side art galleries we wander through, to the indie bands and filmmakers whose work speaks to us.
We love telling their stories. What do you love?
