Texas' own Post Malone creates new festival starring Post Malone

Dallas musician Post Malone has created a new festival named after Post Malone that'll take place in Dallas with headlining act Post Malone.
Called Posty Fest, it'll be an all-day music extravaganza held at Dos Equis Pavilion on October 28.
Malone, a rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer, can now add another credit to his resume: festival creator.
Other acts on the bill are still to be announced — but a release promises that Posty Fest will feature many surprises, as well as a blockbluster lineup selected by Malone himself, in what will be "the ultimate Post show," all in his hometown, mere days before Halloween.
Post Malone's platinum-certified second full-length album, Beerbongs & Bentleys, just yielded its second Hot 100 No. 1 single, "Psycho," featuring Ty Dolla $ign.
That follows "Rockstar," featuring 21 Savage, which also went to No. 1.
Currently, seven songs from Beerbongs & Bentleys occupy spots on the Hot 100, including "Psycho," "Rockstar," "Better Now," "Ball For Me," "Rich & Sad," "Paranoid," and "Spoil My Night."
Tickets for Posty Fest went on sale at LiveNation.com beginning on June 15.
The announcement came just before Malone's tour stop in Austin at Austin360 Amphitheater on June 16, with 21 Savage and special guest SOB x RBE.
