Austin-based fans of Billie Eilish have a fresh chance to see the pop megastar on her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour. Eilish will be stopping at Austin's Moody Center on Thursday, November 13, and Friday, November 14.
This is the second North American leg on the international tour, which has been in action since fall of 2024 and now includes 106 dates in total. Concerts have sold out in some of the world's largest venues: the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, Madison Square Garden in New York City, and The O2 in London.
This songstress needs no introduction for audiences around the world, having achieved meteoric success as a teen in the 2010s with her debut single "Ocean Eyes," plus other breakout hits like "Bad Guy" and "Everything I Wanted." Hit Me Hard and Soft is Eilish's third studio album, released May 17, 2024, via Darkroom/Interscope Records.
According to a press release announcing the tour extension, "Birds of a Feather" on the 2024 album is the most streamed song on Spotify by a female artist in the last decade. It has garnered more than 2.5 billion streams and is the longest charting solo song by a female artist in Billboard Pop Airplay chart history.
Although Eillish is mostly known for her music, she is also recognized for her advocacy. There are several sustainability initiatives included in this tour including a continuing partnership with environmental nonprofit Reverb; an "eco-village" set up in the main concourse of each venue for fans to learn about sustainability initiatives and nonprofits; food drives and a plant-based challenge by Support+Feed; plant-based food options and reduced single-use plastic at shows; and free water refill stations.
The tour also encourages attendees to take public transportation and carpool to the show, and to consider thrifting, upcycling, or borrowing clothes instead of buying something new to wear to the show.
Tickets will be available starting with an American Express presale starting Tuesday, May 20, at noon
via Ticketmaster. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public starting Thursday, May 22, at noon via billieeilish.com.
Each ticket sold will contribute $1 to Reverb to support its missions in food insecurity and the climate crisis. Billie Eilish will donate 50 percent of the Changemaker ticket to the Reverb Climate Impact Fund and Support+Feed.
