Grand Opening
Austin jewelry designer debuts new storefront — for a limited time only
Following the success of her cool Airstream boutique at The Picnic’s female-owned mobile shop collective, jewelry designer Nina Berenato heads to the Domain with her first brick-and-mortar location.
The new storefront and workshop is taking up residence until January 2018 and features signature Nina Berenato Jewelry, DIY workshops, and a behind-the-scenes look at the creation process.
“I feel like this was definitely the right move for the brand and it will give us the chance to spread our wings,” Berenato said. “I think we’re going to be able to bring the Domain shopper something fun and exciting and different.”
In celebration of the new digs, all Nina Berenato Jewelry designs are now available in rose gold. Aside from snagging the latest pieces from collections like Lumiere, shoppers can completely customize their jewelry during designer-led workshops. The store will also host Austin makers via pop-up-style events.
“I’m just excited for women to come in and see us making things by hand right here in Austin, put on a piece of statement jewelry, and walk out feeling empowered,” Berenato says.
The Nina Berenato Jewelry Work/Shop is located at 11601 Century Oaks Terrace #105 and is open seven days a week, now through January 2018. Although Berenato is spending more time at the storefront, the mobile shop is still making its rounds at special events across the city.
