One of Urbanspace Real Estate's [https://www.urbanspacerealtors.com/] many perks is that the Austin company also has an interior design division, called Urbanspace Interiors [https://www.urbanspaceinteriors.com]. The in-house team of experts can help with nearly every project, from a small refresh to a full-blown design. There's also a showroom, from which homeowners can source just the right mirror, pillow, piece of furniture, or lamp. One of Urbanspace's developments, the Seaholm Residences [https://seaholmresidences.com/], has benefited greatly from these interior specialists, who designed all the interior amenity spaces and at least 10 percent of the homes. Located on the grounds of the Seaholm Power Plant and at the crossroads of Lady Bird Lake and the Central Business, Market, Warehouse, and 2nd Street districts, the luxury condos were completed in 2016. Urbanspace Real Estate handled all the sales for the entire building. Lead designer Merrill Alley walked us through several real living spaces in the Seaholm Residences, all located on the southeast-facing side and all three-bedroom layouts (the largest in the building). Click through to see how Urbanspace Interiors helped design these homes, each as unique as the people who live in them. --- "The beautiful "Bohemian" chaise by Moroso, upholstered in a citron leather, is a funky, cool piece that embodies the homeowners' love of classic design. A family of four lives in this three-bedroom layout, so obviously maximizing storage space is a main priority. The entire top half of the wall unit is for day-to-day items, but they're out of sight for a clean appearance."
