Farm-fresh and free: HOPE spreads the market love in different locations duringSXSW
The HOPE Farmer’s Market is bringing fresh produce, live music and free beer to the East Side! With its usual downtown Pine Street Station location converted to a SXSW venue, the community market is moving its stalls of local produce and healthy prepared food to Hops & Grain Brewery, Servant/Asbury Church and Cherrywood Coffeehouse for five dates in March.
Hops & Grains will offer free beer tastings alongside the usual kale and radishes, and all events will feature live music from local performers including The Whiskey Shivers, The Navasota String Band, The Bottom Dollar String Band, The Shady Rest and Dirty, Unshaven, and Lonesome.
The market will return to its usual location at 414 Pine Street in April.
