A new month means new specials to help the pets at Austin Pets Alive! find permanent homes. For November, APA! will join forces with Best Friends Animal Society for the third annual "Back in Black" adoption event. These specials will highlight the black dogs and cats who are very often overlooked in shelters. This week, meet the lovely Fi Fi, a black cat in a fancy outfit just looking for a friend to take her home.

What APA! says about Fi Fi:

This lovely lady, who looks like she's wearing a classy tux, is sweet natured and very reserved. She doesn't go out seeking attention, but she appreciates whatever comes her way. She gets along pretty well with other cats. With her good nature and her big, beautiful green eyes, it's a wonder she's stayed in shelter for so long. Lucky for you, that means you have a chance to pick up a new best friend!
