East Sixth Street has a new patio hangout. Revelry Kitchen + Bar, from the owner of Corner Bar, has quietly opened next door to The Brixton.

The new bar features a shaded front patio and a large space with fun yard games. Sports fans will revel in the multiple televisions inside for all game-watching needs.

The beverage program features craft cocktails alongside canned and bottled brews and a rotating wine selection. In the kitchen, chef Teddy Simon is cooking up classic bar bites with flair, like chicken lollipop wings and house-cut fries.

In addition to Corner Bar on South Lamar Boulevard, owner Jonathan Lochrie has a new east side food trailer park, Friendly Spot, located next to the soon-to-shutter qui. And, a second Revelry location on North Lamar Boulevard is slated to open next spring.

For now, you can visit the east side spot Wednesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 2 am, and Sunday from noon to 2 am. Happy hour deals can be enjoyed from 5-7 pm daily and between midnight and 2 am on Friday and Saturday. Look for lunch and brunch service soon.
