KVUE -- Governor Rick Perry is targeting Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg. He has vowed to veto funding for the state's Austin-based Ethics Enforcement Unit unless Lehmberg steps down.

According to the Austin American-Statesman, Governor Perry has until Sunday to veto bills passed in the regular session. That includes the state budget, which allots $7.5 million to fund the public integrity unit.
