On-Airstreaming opens its (trailer) doors for free concert featuring super-group Spanish Gold
You have the chance to be part of one of Austin's coolest — and most unique — concert experiences. The brainchild of J.B. Hager and Paul Boukadakis, On-Airstreaming launched in 2010 as a music content and promotions company to connect music with fans like never before.
At On-Airstreaming, up-and-coming bands perform intimate, stripped-down shows in an iconic Airstream trailer located in the 2nd Street District. The shows are typically a private affair that music fans can experience online. But this week, the team is switching things up.
On Friday, June 20 On-Airstreaming will host a free concert (open to the public) featuring Spanish Gold. Formed by My Morning Jacket drummer Patrick Hallahan and former Grupo Fantasma member Adrian Quesada, the band's debut rock/soul album South of Nowhere was released earlier this year.
The fun starts at noon and goes until 2 pm. Specialty cocktails will be provided by Deep Eddy. All you have to do to attend the free, mid-day music experience is RSVP online.
