Weird City Hip-Hop Fest announces lineup for inaugural festival
Weird City Hip Hop Fest, which will be held September 26-28, announced the first round headliners for its inaugural celebration. The festival will take over the Red River Cultural District, with performances at Empire Control Room, Holy Mountain, Red 7 and Beerland.
While the lineup, locations and dates are still being finalized, festival creators Leah Manners and Adam Protextor (aka p-Tek) announced a handful of the artists slated to perform:

DāM-FunK (Pasadena, California)
Black Milk (Detroit)
Open Mike Eagle (Los Angeles)
League of Extraordinary G'z (Austin)

SiP SiP (Austin)
Space Camp Death Squad (Austin)
As we previously reported, in addition to musical acts, Weird City is partnering with Spratx, Dub Academy and Attendance Records for workshops, panels and parties throughout the weekend.
