Davis Gallery presents Ysabel LeMay: “Tales from the Green Room” opening reception
Davis Gallery and Framing hosts a special pop-up event featuring the breathtaking digital compositions from artist Ysabel LeMay. Reception guests can enjoy refreshments and an exclusive look at LeMay’s hyper-collage style. The special presentation will be on view only through September 7.
Les Dames D’Escoffier presents You Grill Girl
Austin’s top 10 female chefs and grilling masters flex their culinary chops to raise awareness for women in the food and beverage industry at Franklin Barbecue. The grilling event will feature a menu packed with expertly composed bites ranging from meat to vegetarian cuisine. Foodies can also enjoy drinks and desserts to round out a memorable meal. Additional highlights include music, a live instructional grilling demo, and the final online auction of the famed Franklin “Backyard” BBQ Pit. General admission tickets are $75, but children 12 and under get in for free.

BossBabes ATX presents Babes Fest
Babes Fest returns for another year of celebrating women and nonbinary artists at various venues in Austin. The weekend-long fest includes live performances, panels, pop-up markets, film screenings, art, creative education, comedy, and more. Hill Country Galleria presents Bicycles, Blues & Brews
Head to the Hill Country Galleria to enjoy a full day of music, Texas beers, and bicycles with the entire family. City of Bee Cave Parks teams up with Hill Country Galleria for a free community event featuring live music and beer tastings from local breweries. Performing artists include Marcus Morales, The Matters, Jacqui Walker, Paul Oscher and his All Star Band, and Mobley. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their own bikes. Admission is free.

Geraldine’s presents Sterling Wines Pool Deck Takeover
Say farewell to summer and sip the unofficial wines of the season courtesy of Sterling Wines. Select vinos will be available for sampling around the pool while DJ Manny provides the post-summer sounds. Guests can purchase wines onsite for the perfect souvenir. Admission is free.
