Huge Austin benefit concert reveals star-studded music lineup for 2017

Austin's largest local fundraising concert, All ATX, is bigger than ever before. The fundraising event, which benefits several local music charities, boasts an extended lineup — and new location — for 2017.
This year's benefit moves to Auditorium Shores and is scheduled for October 29. Headliners include John Fogerty, Shakey Graves, and Jack Ingram, and the event — named "Back to the Armadillo" — will celebrate the Armadillo World Headquarters and include special performances from Michael Martin Murphey and Gary P. Nunn.
Also on the bill: condensed sets by local favorites Fastball, Kelly Willis, My Jerusalem, Peterson Brothers, Night Drive, Eric Tessmer, Jane Ellen Bryant, and Beto and the Fairlanes.
"All ATX is extremely excited to host our event at Auditorium Shores this year," says founder Gary Keller in a release. "It will be an amazing night of celebrating and supporting what made and continues to make our city great: music."
With the help of C3 Presents, All ATX will deliver one of the largest events in its history. Proceeds from the show benefit four Austin nonprofit organizations for musicians: Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, SIMS Foundation, Austin Music Foundation, and Black Fret. Last year, the event raised $500,000.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, September 21, at 10 am via www.ALLATX.org.
