The three-story home was previously on the market for $5.4 million, but Saturday's auction will allow the property to be sold to the highest bidder who meets (or surpasses) the reserve price of $2.1 million.
The lucky winner will become the new owner of a 4,236-square-foot residence that boasts three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate half bath, all situated on a quarter-acre lot. As part of the Marina Club community, which is part of the greater Austin Country Club development, the residence will be protected by guarded security for 24 hours a day, and the entire area is gated.
Potential bidders have until 5 pm on Friday, January 17, to register with Platinum Luxury Auctions to bid on the property on Saturday.
