What: Members-only preview party for The Making of Gone With The Wind

The lowdown: The Harry Ransom Center unveils its long-awaited exhibit, The Making of Gone With The Wind next week. But on Friday, September 5, lucky members got an exclusive first look at the largest and most detailed exhibition of the Hollywood masterpiece.
At the sold-out event, guests explored more than 300 extraordinary pieces, including the famous green curtain dress. During the evening, members sipped signature cocktails from Dripping Springs Vodka and feasted on movie-themed appetizers, barbecue from Freedman’s and desserts from Walton’s.
