Meredith Bethune
Meredith moved to Austin by way of New York and New Orleans but grew up in RhodeIsland. She has worked lots of odd jobs along the way including cheesemonger,farmers’ market coordinator, and youth gardening instructor. Her work hasappeared in Gastronomica, BUST, Bon Appetit, The Local Palate, Modern Farmer,and numerous Austin publications.
