Theodore Bale
Theodore Bale is a critic, journalist and musician. His writing has appeared inDance Magazine, Dance International, Dance Chronicle, Contact Quarterly, ArtLies: A Contemporary Art Journal, The Cambridge Chronicle, The Boston TAB,Houston Press, Houston Chronicle, and many other publications. From 2000 to 2008he was dance critic and columnist at The Boston Herald, and he has writtenextensively for the World Wide Web. He is the author of Texas, A Concept, aninter-disciplinary blog at Arts Journal. Mr. Bale attained the bachelor's degreefrom the Hartt School of Music, Theatre and Dance, majoring in piano, and themaster's degree in technical and professional writing from NortheasternUniversity. His interests range from the most idiosyncratic music, dance andart to the wonderful eccentricities of trash television.
