Round Rock, ready your taste buds. The first brick-and-mortar location of Veracruz All Natural is set to open Friday, April 22.

Located at 2711 La Frontera Blvd. next to Brooklyn Pie Co., the restaurant's menu comprises all of Veracruz All Natural favorites — including the mainstay migas, a breakfast taco so tasty it's received nods from Texas Monthly, the Food Network, and Bon Appétit. Guests can also expect the fresh salsas, house-made tortillas, refreshing aguas frescas, and savory quesadillas that have added to Veracruz's fame.

The popular food truck from Maritza and Reyna Vasquez has experienced serious growth since launching in 2009. What began as a simple juice and smoothie operation has evolved into a multi-trailer business with three outposts: two on the east side and one in South Austin. A brick-and-mortar was originally slated to open in East Austin, but plans fell through.

To celebrate the opening, the restaurant is throwing a party with T-shirt giveaways, free beer, tunes from Mariachi Amor, and a fried fish special this Friday at 5 pm. The new Round Rock location will launch full service Saturday, April 23. Opening hours are 7 am through 9 pm daily.
