More big names added to iHeartRadio Country Festival in Austin
More big names have been added to an already stacked lineup for the iHeartRadio Country Festival in Austin. The broadcasting company announced Tuesday that Darius Rucker, Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town, The Band Perry, Justin Moore, Sam Hunt and Tyler Farr have joined the bill, completing an incredible showcase of today's hottest contemporary country artists.
Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts and Brantley Gilbert were already scheduled to perform during the festival, which goes down on May 2 at the Frank Erwin Center. Bobby Bones, former Austin DJ turned nationally syndicated radio host, will be emceeing the festival. (The Bobby Bones Show can still be heard on KASE 101 FM, the iHeartRadio-owned station playing popular country hits in Austin.)
The entire spectacle will be recorded for an NBC broadcast special to air on May 27. For those who can't make it to the festival — and can't wait that long to the watch it — the concert will also stream live exclusively through Yahoo!.
Tickets to the iHeartRadio Country Festival go on sale Saturday, March 28 at 9 am.
