2017 Austin Homebrew Festival
Celebrate the best in home brewed beers, meads, ciders, and kombuchas at Saengerrunde Hall. Enjoy local fare and sips from award-winning home brewers from across Central Texas. The best brews of the fest will be chosen by a professional panel of judges, and attendees can vote for the People’s Choice Award. All proceeds go to local nonprofit AHB Community School.
Austin Spurs Opening Weekend
If you're suffering from the baseball blues, never fear: Basketball is back. The Austin Spurs start their season on their home court, taking on the Salt Lake City Stars at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. Watch these future all-stars in action while taking advantage of Friday's Thirsty Spurs Days complete with $2 beers and buy-one-get-one wing specials.

Easterseals Central Texas presents Fifth Annual Dia De Los Muertos Concert
Dia De Los Muertos Festival returns for another year of electrifying performances by some of Latin and rock fusion music’s hottest acts. Grupo Fantasma headlines the festival along with performances from Bombasta, James Keith and the Moondogs, DJ King Louie of Peligrosa, and more. Proceeds from the festival, which takes place at Stubb’s Bar-B-Q, will directly benefit Easterseals of Central Texas.
Mariachi USA
Move to the beat at the Mariachi event of the year. Mariachi USA makes its way to the Austin360 Amphitheater to showcase the genre’s top bands from the United States and Mexico. Concert highlights include traditional folkloric dances, show-stopping costumes, and a sing-along fireworks finale. Groups to see include Mariachi Los Camperos De Nati Cano, Mariachi Campanas De America, and Trio Los Panchos.

Comedian Jim Gaffigan brings his standup talents to the ACL Live at the Moody Theatre for two nights only this weekend. The Moontower Comedy Festival veteran makes a stop in Austin as part of his “Noble Ape Tour.”
