Superstar Harry Styles puts Austin stop on intimate world tour
Former One Direction star and pop sensation Harry Styles has announced an intimate 2017 world tour — and it includes two Texas stops.
Styles will play The Pavilion at Irving Music Factory on October 10 before heading to Austin for a gig at ACL Live on October 11.
The 23-year-old Brit, who got his start as one of the members of popular boy band One Direction, is making a departure from the campy tunes of 1D with his solo career. His self-titled album drops May 12 and includes the chart-topping single, "Sign of the Times."
Styles will start his four-month tour in San Francisco in September. He'll travel across the United State and then tour Europe, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. He is also slated for a week-long residency, May 15-18, on CBS' The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Tickets go on sale Friday, May 5, at 10 am. Ticketmaster's Verified Fan program offers the chance to score early access.
