Emma Stone, Poor Things and La La Land actress, is selling her luxe Austin estate in Tarrytown for $26.5 million.
The property is located at 2109 Rockmoor Ave. in Austin's coveted 78703 ZIP Code. According to the Wall Street Journal, Stone purchased the estate in 2021 with her husband, Dave McCary, with the hopes of restoring it and moving their family there.
However, after more than three years of renovation, the home is back on the market. It is unclear why Stone's family is abandoning the project. Eric Moreland of Austin-based real estate group Moreland Properties is managing the listing.
The grandiose estate has attracted national attention from the likes of Architectural Digest, People magazine, and celebrity tabloid site TMZ.
The property sits on 1.24 acres of land surrounded by oak trees to provide privacy for guests, and contains a four-bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guest house, and a three-car garage with a second-story screening room and entertainer's space.
Koch Construction is still working on renovating the residence, which is expected to be completed this summer, the listing says. The design of the home was envisioned by local architecture firm Cuppett Kilpatrick, which specializes in "classical and heritage" design elements.
The exterior of the main residence embodies Georgia-style masonry, and the interior boasts plenty of natural light while adding modern amenities that still honor the home's history.

"Herringbone oak and brick floors, creamy marble on fireplace surrounds and counters, and intricate leaded-glass windows are viewed through arched doorways to lend every space a sense of grace and elegance," the listing says. "The expansive living and dining rooms offer space for refined entertaining on a large scale, complemented by intimate places for quiet conversation."
Additionally, the home also features a solarium, an absolute must-have if you can get one for Austin's bright summer days, as well as a library, playroom, and a screening room and bar.
"This is a home that will stand the test of time; its refined design and meticulous craftsmanship providing shelter and joy for generations to come," the listing says.
Elsewhere on the property is a "fairy garden," and a screened breezeway that connects both homes while also overlooking the pool.
The estate is mere minutes away from Lady Bird Lake, accessible through Walsh Boat Landing, and is only a 10-15 minute drive to everything downtown Austin has to offer.
