Austin's newest coffee and juice bar opens in the heart of South Congress

Here’s some juicy news for you: Appropriately opening tomorrow, March 15, Mañana Coffee & Juice is the newest shop within South Congress Hotel.
This is the final food and beverage concept to open in the trendy hotel from Austin-based hospitality group New Waterloo. Located in the hotel’s courtyard, Mañana was designed by Studio MAI and features a long bar top, large communal table, and outdoor seating.
Michael Paley, South Congress Hotel’s executive chef, has created a rotating menu of cold-pressed juices and milks made in-house that highlight seasonal and organic fruits and vegetables. Other drinks include single-origin, direct-trade, and local coffee blends from Austin-based roaster Cuvée Coffee, and teas from Kusmi Tea. On the food side, award-winning pastry chef Amanda Rockman will craft fresh-baked snacks like pastries, croissants, macarons, cookies, and tarts.
“Mañana is incredibly unique because, as part of South Congress Hotel, it’s been so thoughtfully developed and crafted,” says General Manager Jesse Ryan Hartman in a press release. “We’re applying that warm Texan hospitality we naturally have in Austin to the specialty coffee shop experience. We want Mañana to be your neighborhood home base.”
Mañana joins three other gourmet offerings (Café No Sé, Central Standard, and Otoko) at South Congress Hotel, which has already garnered national as one of the best new hotels of 2015.
Starting Tuesday, you can stop by Mañana Coffee & Juice daily from 7 am to 7 pm. Free valet and Wi-Fi is offered for up to three hours during your visit.
