Return of the Starlight Soiree
17 Austin businesses cook up food and drink showcase at The Domain

Guests take the street during the Starlight Soiree at The Domain.
With so many restaurants at The Domain, it's become an annual tradition to stop by and try as many as possible during the open-air mall's restaurant showcase, the Starlight Soiree. This year, the event will be held Thursday, October 2, benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of the Austin Area, Red M, and the Umlauf Sculpture Garden + Museum.
Although the participating restaurants are already located at The Domain, the soiree brings them all even closer together at vendor booths, making it easy to compare all the different bites. In addition to food, there will be wine, beer, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages at an open bar, giveaways, and live music.
There are 17 restaurants, bars, and other vendors setting up tasting booths for 2025:
- Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
- Sixty Wines
- Maggiano's Little Italy
- North Italia
- Crú Food & Wine Bar
- Phoebe's Diner
- AKB, a Hotel Bar
- Punch Bowl Social
- Suculenta Cocina Mexicana
- The Dirdie Birdie
- True Food Kitchen
- Xian Noodles
- The Boat ATX
- Haywire
- IPIC Theaters
- The Water Trough
- Nothing Bundt Cakes
These 15 restaurants represent some of the newest and best-known options at The Domain, but there are plenty more to explore that won't be there. Toastique, a gourmet toast chain, is the newest we've heard of, opening October 4. A complete directory of restaurants and stores at The Domain is available at simon.com.
Tickets ($75) are available online. The event will be held at Century Oaks Terrace, a street that runs along one of the densest concentration of stores, including many luxury fashion brands.
