Peek inside this hidden Westlake estate before it hits the auction block
It's not often that we get to peek inside a home like this. Take a look at 101 Pascal Ln., an exquisite Westlake estate that goes to auction May 25.
Tucked away in the Rob Roy neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll find this estate with uninterrupted views of the Hill Country. It feels secluded, but is conveniently located within minutes of downtown Austin.
"It truly is a retreat — a compound in the middle of Austin that no one knows about — built with total privacy, the finest materials, great architecture, and beautiful finishes. It's an elegant but organic feel; very spa-like," interior designer Fern Santini says in a statement.
The 9,000-square-foot main house is accompanied by a separate casita and apartment. In all, there are nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and four partial baths. The 3.5-acre lot boasts a breathtaking infinity pool with a two-story pool deck. An underground wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, theater room, gym, tennis court, and 10-car garage complete the home.
This home is listed with Gary and Michelle Dolch of Kuper Sotheby's International Realty. It is being auctioned off by Concierge Auctions, a New York-based company specializing in luxury real estate, at 7 pm on May 25.
So what's it worth? "The property was previously offered for $16.9 million and would cost nearly $20 million to reproduce. However, as with anything, it's only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. This auction is without reserve, so the outcome will be purely up to the bidders," says Laura Brady, president of Concierge Auctions.
