An unbelievable new bar concept has been unveiled for Rainey Street: Unbarlievable will open at 76 Rainey St. in February. Calling itself "the greatest drinkery on earth," Unbarlievable aims to stand out among Austin's crowded bar scene.

"The break-the-mold concept is bringing jaw-dropping, wacky, silly fun back to bar service, the kind of fun that is almost unbelievable," says a statement. "The concept's mission is to bring the fun to Rainey Street, providing an alternative to current homogenous Rainey Street offerings."

Picture a mix of vintage elements and bright colors throughout the space, including Rainey Street's only wraparound bar, as well as a backyard. Photos posted on the bar's Facebook page reveal that the interior will mimic a striped circus tent, with bright hues of red and blue.

The whimsical theme will extend to the menu too. A lineup of drinks and food has not been revealed, but guests can look forward to creative cocktails from the full bar.

Unbarlievable's opening announcement coincides with the end of the Ringling Bros. circus, which was announced over the weekend. Look for Unbarlievable to spice up the Rainey Street bar scene next month, barring any delays.
