Listening to music during your workout can make for bigger gains in the gym. But what do we listen to most?
The folks at workout music website Run Hundred polled more than 128,000 fitness buffs to come up with the best exercise songs of 2015. They include familiar pop stars like Demi Lovato and One Direction, fresh acts like Andy Grammer and Jess Glynne, and remixes of big singles like “Heartbeat Song” and “Uptown Funk.”
Add these 10 songs to your fitness playlist — many are revved up with a higher beats per minute (BPM) — to get your workout going.
