Ryan Gosling Returns
SXSW announces Ryan Gosling's return to Austin plus more Film speakers

Remember that summer when Ryan Gosling was filming in Austin and it was magical? Looks like Gosling just couldn't get enough of Jo's Coffee; he's returning to our fair city, this time as a participant in SXSW Film 2015.
Gosling, Hollywood legend Sally Field, comedy darling Amy Schumer, as well as Jeff Nichols and Michael Shannon, and Henry Rollins will participate in the Film Conversations panels during the SXSW Film programming at the Austin Convention Center.
On March 13 from 3:30-4:30 pm, Guillermo del Toro will talk to Gosling about his new film, Lost River, which marks the actor's directorial debut. On March 15, Field will discuss her epic 50-year career, which includes two Academy Awards as well as star-making turns in films like Norma Rae, Mrs. Doubtfire, Places in the Heart, Lincoln and, of course,Steel Magnolias. (We hope she also talks about Gidget.)
Amy Schumer will sit down with Entertainment Weekly editor Danielle Nussbaum on March 16 to discuss her journey from touring stand-up comedian to acting, writing and producing her own show, Inside Amy Schumer. Schumer will also be in town for the SXSW screening of her film, Trainwreck, which was directed by Judd Apatow. Schumer's panel will run 3:30-4:30 pm.
SXSW attendees can also participate in a conversation with writer/director Jeff Nichols and actor Michael Shannon. The duo will lead a candid discussion about their creative partnership, a relationship that has birthed such modern-day classics as Mud and Take Shelter. Nichols and Shannon's session will be held on March 14 from 3:30-4:30 pm.
Also scheduled to appear is the inimitable Henry Rollins. The musician, actor, writer and overall legend will lead a session highlighting his amazing career on Tuesday, March 17 from 12:30-1:30 pm.
SXSW Film also announced its full festival lineup, as well as the addition of Christine Vachon to the Keynote speakers list. Now in its 22nd year, SXSW Film runs March 13-21 and includes 102 film premieres and keynote addresses from industry insiders like Mark Duplass.
