- You could win a copy of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo screenplay signed byAcademy Award-winning writer Steven Zaillian.
- Or the Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close screenplay signed by fellow winner EricRoth.
With this other huge film festival looming just on the horizon, it's already time to plan ahead for October's Austin Film Festival (AFF) as well.
As it's the last day of February, this is also the last day that your Producers Badge to this year's AFF and Conference will enter you into a nifty movie-themed contest.
This is the top-of-the-line, all-access badge that will have you skipping lines and inspiring jealousy all week long. You'll have access to all of the networking events and all nine of the exclusive AFF parties, including the famous "Hair of the Dog" Brunch.
This year's confirmed panelists already include writers like Alec Berg (The Dictator), Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada), Simon Kinberg (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) and Terry Rossio (Pirates of the Caribbean franchise). Additional names will continue to stream in as the days and months tick by; now is your chance to guarantee you don't miss out on any of the major events or star sightings.
In addition to the obvious perks that come with a Producers Badge, this year, AFF will also put your name into a drawing to win a copy of one of two screenplays, signed by their Academy Award-winning writers. The first is The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, signed by Oscar winner Steven Zaillian, and the second is Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, signed by fellow winner Eric Roth.
In addition, all badge-holders who have purchased a badge by midnight on Wednesday are eligible to win a free upgrade to a Producers Badge, which makes them eligible to also win one of the two screenplays as well.
What with it being Leap Year, you've had a whole extra day to think on it. So what are you waiting for? Get your badge and get to winning.
