California's premier sugar spa selects Austin for first Texas location
After taking Southern California by storm, premier airbrush and sugar spa Bronzed Bunny is making the move to Austin. The first franchise of Bronzed Bunny is slated to open this weekend in Oak Hill.
The expansion to the Capital City is the company’s first endeavor outside of the Golden State; founder and CEO Jeni Castro says Texas was a no-brainer.
“Texas was always on my map,” Castro says. “This is our first franchise, and I’m excited that it’s starting here. Everything’s bigger in Texas, and the Bunny needs to be bigger. I love the culture of appreciation for organic services in this city, and we’re happy to become a part of it.”
The Bronzed Bunny is a fresh take on the typical visit to a waxing or tanning salon. Luxurious skincare services are performed with a sweet touch, like champagne bellinis and chick flicks playing throughout the salon.
Services range from expertly applied airbrush tans to sugaring hair removal. Organic, natural ingredients are used to ensure you look your best and your healthiest. Bronzed Bunny’s services are also customizable, in an effort to fit any budget or occasion.
“Our services are an affordable indulgence,” Castro says. “We cater to you. We really get our clients in the mood to get naked. We want our clients to get excited to come to their appointment. We want to make our staff your girlfriends.”
The Austin location, at 7101 W. Highway 71, is just the first of Bronzed Bunny's expansion plans. Nine more locations in sunny spots like Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Arizona, are set to open in 2017-18.
