New service from beloved shop delivers the best Austin goodies right to your door
Austin-based online boutique Coterie Market is making it even easier to shop local with a sweet new subscription service.
Coterie Sampler is an Austin-centric version of popular services like Birchbox, Graze or Dollar Shave Club. Each month, Coterie sends a curated selection of goodies — a mix of food, home decor, body products, and accessories — from Austin-based companies and craftsmen directly to your door.
"The Coterie Sampler is an elevated subscription version of [the market]. It enables me to really have fun with the best products that are out there," says owner Chelsea Staires Sun. "And it really represents a diverse assortment of Austin-made products."
The range of items reflects the breadth of products that Coterie offers, and the subscription service provides a fun, hassle-free shopping experience. "People are busy, and they come across a great idea like Coterie Market but don’t necessarily remember to come back to it when they want a treat or a gift," explains Sun. "[The Sampler] is a convenience. And it's a way to stay in touch without having to think about it."
The crown jewel of the sampler will surely delight any self-proclaimed foodie. Each month, the box will feature a surprise item made by a local chef from one of Austin's most popular restaurants, a product that's exclusive to Coterie Sampler subscribers, notes Sun.
For $39.95 a month, subscribers will receive a box with four to six items; an upgraded $59.95 subscription boasts six to eight goodies. The Coterie Sampler is available across the nation, making it perfect for transplants or Austinites at heart.
Limited quantities are available, so act fast. The first taste of Austin ships September 7.
