Sunday funday is great, but true therapy happens when you can roundhouse kick your case of the Mondays in the face. The deals featured at the following bars and restaurants are doing it Lionel Richie-style — that is to say, all night long.
Jeffrey’s
Mondays at Jeffrey’s is totally our jam. Half-price bar food and $2 off each cocktail, beer, and glass of wine make this one of our top picks. Don’t you dare skip the escargot or hamachi carpaccio (or that wagyu burger).
Parkside
Martini Monday is totally a thing. All specialty martinis on Monday, open to close, are offered at the bargain price of $5 at Parkside. If you time it right, you can hit half-off liquor, cocktails, beer, and bar food until 6:30 pm.
Olive & June
Olive & June's Mezzo Mondays are molto buono. Half-off wines by the glass are offered all night. Settle down with a glass and contemplate the world. Double down by making it in time for the actual happy hour until 6:30 pm, which features half-off beer, cocktails, and antipasti.
Whisler's
The Old Fashioned is one of those drink that appeals to almost everyone while still being respectable. Whisler’s makes it too easy to get whiskey drunk on Monday nights with your choice of four different takes on an Old Fashioned for $6. Other cocktails are discounted to $6, as well, from 4 to 7 pm.
Hillside Farmacy
Hillside Farmacy is classin' up the joint with an all-night special that includes $5 bubbles and half-price East Coast oysters. Their actual happy hour runs from 3 to 7 pm every day so you can start early and stay late.
Taverna
If you’re only at Taverna on Sunday, you’re missing out. On Monday, Taverna has $6 to $8 full-size pizzas, discounted Italian small plates, $2 mimosas and frozen bellinis, $3 wells, $4 house wine, and $3.50 beers. Taverna, mi amore!
Winebelly
